January 27, 2010 – Doug Ferreira, a Fast Track Tools alumnus and certified “Communicate to Win” instructor, will share the story of how Ken Revenaugh used communication methods to help drive a successful sales and marketing transformation at Oakwood Temporary Housing. Ferreira will speak at The Conference Board’s 2010 Senior Sales Executive Conference, which will be held February 23-24 at the Hyatt Regency in Chicago, IL.

Sales force communication and knowledge management are critically important to the sales organization. This panel session will tackle many issues including:
- What are the best methods for projecting information to the sales force at the right time, place and cost?
- How can new technology help reduce the cost of communicating with the sales force?
- How is technology being used to connect the customer, home office and the sales rep in a seamless environment?
